Probiotic Chia Panna-cotta

  • 500ml cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 150g caster sugar
  • ½ vanilla essence
  • 4 leaves of gold leaf gelatine
  • 1 tablespoon BG chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon NW probiotic
  • 1 Teaspoon NW berry collagen


  1. In a saucepan heat up the cream, milk caster sugar, vanilla and probiotic and bring to the boil.
  2. Meanwhile soak gelatine in cold water for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add soaked gelatine to milk mixture, strain through fine sieve. 
  4. Add Chia seeds pour in dariole moulds. 
  5. Keep refrigerated until it sets.
