Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products using Australian Post. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor thee location of your delivery. Postage is charged at $9.95 unless a particular promotion or deal entitles the shopper to some other shipping rate. We endeavour to have product in your hands within 5 business days of you ordering it on our website. However, conditions sometimes prohibit this from happening. Interstate customers and customers who live in remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Our office open hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders received outside of those hours will be processed the following working day, and thus may experience a delay. Customers ordering large quantities may experience longer waits.
Whilst we aspire to offer international shipping in the future, we currently are unable to offer such services. Please contact us on (02) 9997 0355 to inquire about a special order.

Returns & Replacements
Our foremost goal is to ensure customers are delighted by shopping with us. On rare occasions, however, mistakes can be made or accidents can happen. Should you wish to discuss returns or replacements for products bought on our website, please contact the customer service team via the Health365 Contact Us page or by phone - dial (02) 9997 0355.
All orders must be accompanied by credit card payment. No cheques, IOU's or other methods of deferred payment are accepted. Cash payments are not accepted - for cash payments, purchase the product at your local Coles or Woolworths store.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments are handled by secure payment gateway provider eWay. Payments will appear on your credit card as coming from Pharmacare Pty Ltd. We use PayPal because they are one of the world's most widely used payment gateways, renowned for their reliability and security. All prices on the site are RRP - Recommended Retail Price - unless marked otherwise. All prices are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless marked otherwise. Occasionally we will promote a coupon/discount code or weekly special, offering a "dollars off" or "percentage off" discount. To qualify for this discount, customers must supply a discount code or buy within the allotted timeframe. If using a discount code, the discount code is to be entered at checkout. Customers may only use one discount code per purchase. Use of discount codes may over-ride or nullify some of the other discounts such as free shipping, sale prices or volume discounts.
Viewing Orders
When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. When we ship your product from our warehouse, you will receive a second confirmation email to let you know your order has been shipped. Due to limitations in our shipping provider, we cannot offer parcel tracking at this stage. It is something we are considering for the future should customer demand dictate it.
